What do the different ADC membership levels provide?

Premier members receive everything included in the ADC Select membership with the following additional benefits:
ADC Select Membership, priced at US$499 per year, is perfect for developers who visit the ADC website but who also rely on the Apple Developer Connection Mailing for technical information and resources. The Select Program is the entry-level program for developers who need access to pre-release software and use of the ADC Compatibility Labs. ADC Select members receive two incidents of technical support from the Apple Developer Connection Developer Technical Support team along with Mac OS X system software and Xcode Tools on DVD. Select members may purchase one complete Apple system for development and testing each membership year at a significant discount.

How do I renew my ADC membership or Mailing subscription?
To renew your membership or mailing subscription, visit the Apple Store online and select the appropriate ADC product. After you have completed the purchase process, you will receive an email with product activation code(s). During your product activation process, you will be prompted to select if you'd like your membership to begin immediately, or on the membership expiration date.
More information on renewing your ADC membership is also available in the Membership Renewals FAQ.
There is an individual at my company with an ADC membership. Can I be added as an additional contact for their account?
You will need to create an ADC account. Each account is assigned to one individual. There is a free Online membership option for transferring assets.
I work for more than one company. Can I have more than one ADC account?
Yes, but if you choose to maintain separate memberships, you must use a different email address for each. Note that if you update profile or communication preferences for one account, the other account will not automatically be updated.
My contact information has changed. How can I update my information?
Please log in to the ADC Member Site and choose the Update Profile page. Update any needed information and click Save. Please note that if you have changed your shipping address, it may take a full mailing cycle (one month) for you to receive shipments at the new address.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the Apple Developer Connection News?
Create an ADC account or log in to your ADC account with your Apple ID and password, click on the "Profile" link listed under My Account, and then proceed to the Preferences area. Once in Preferences, check the box next to "Send me ADC News," specify whether you wish to receive it in HTML or Plain Text, and click the "Save" button. You may unsubscribe at any time by unchecking the same box and clicking the "Save" button.
How can I change the name of the contact person who receives the mailings (or other developer products)?
Log in to your ADC account and transfer the desired asset to the new contact person by checking the Transfer box next to the asset on your "Manage Assets - Active Assets" page. You will need to enter the recipient's email address in order to transfer an asset. As specified in the ADC Terms and Conditions (PDF) you agree to as an ADC member, any transfer of assets may be made only to another ADC member at your company. There is a free Online membership option for transferring assets. You cannot change the name associated with your current ADC account.
Which assets can be transferred to other ADC members?
Many program benefits, may be transferred to other ADC members at the same company, e.g. Mailing, Technical Support Incidents, ADC Compatibility Labs, ADC Hardware Discounts, ADC Software Seed Keys, and other assets such as WWDC E-tickets.
As an example, ADC Select and Premier members have a quantity of ADC Software Seed “keys” associated with their membership. Each key may be transferred to another ADC Member at their company to allow unlimited access to the Download Software area of the ADC Member Site until the expiration date of the original membership. Refer to Question #13, How do I transfer assets? located in the ADC Membersite FAQ for more information.
I received a message saying my account is disabled/inactive. What does this mean?
We disable accounts after you have attempted to log in unsuccessfully to your account multiple times with the incorrect password. If you receive this message, please contact us and we will reset your account.
Your account may also become inactive if you do not have any assets and you have not logged in to your ADC account in the previous 12 months. In order to activate your account, please contact us.
